6 year old Shakespeare!!!

6 Year old Shakespeare; "To not to be, or to be? Look mom, I am the guy with the skeleton." As she pretends to hold a skull it one hand, striking a very dramatic pose.

Just a quick....

Just a quick howdy. I am just wanting to say hello, and catch ya' all up on what is going on. About 5 days after my purse was stolen, somebody found it in their flower bed, and turned it into the police station. Everything was there, except for my mary-kay perfume, and my $50 JC Penny gift card. The bad part about that is that I had already canceled all of it. You know, like my Drivers License, my atm card, and everything. Sooo, anyway. Guess what? My husband and I are finally quitting smoking, me again, and him, well it is the first time he has since we have been married. So we are on day 4. Not bad. It is preety easy. A lot easier this time than when I was pregnant. I don't know why that is, but I am not going to complain to loudly. So yay for us. And I have something to share with you. I thought this was preety funny, and it comes by way of Cafe Press. If you have not ever seen this site, it is really neat. Lots of shirts, coffe mugs, and other things, but they are all made special. Okay so here is politics at its best. Enjoy. Also from cafe press, check out this guys shop, you might like it.

Broken Window, Stolen Purse.

Have to ask you the same as my friends on facebook, How is that for catchy? I was at my daughters school today waiting for my oldest daughter to come out of newspaper club, playing with my 6 year old, not having any other cares. Talking to other moms, getting to know a little bit about the other mothers and children. It was a nice day. Well my oldest got out of Newspaper club and I let her play for a few minutes and then we were away to the car. When we got there, I saw that the side passenger window had been broken and somebody stole my purse. AHHH, I was very frustrated to say the least. Well after I got home, I drove down the road a bit to see if maybe they threw my purse out the window or something, I started to realize just how much was in my purse. Along with DL, Med cards, I had a $50 JC Pennys card that was for my girls school uniforms, my ATM card, pictures that I did not have copies of. It stinks, I made a stupid choice, leaving my purse in the car, but you can bet YOUR purse that I have learned my lesson. Silver linings? There are a few. I get to buy a new purse, I get to get a new pic. on my DL, Hopefully it will turn out better than the one I had, and My car is the cleanest it has been all year. woo hoo. Now I have to tell you too, My hubby has been great. Has not lost his temper about any of this. This is something he would have totally lost it about before, but he has been praying and working on himself, and he has been AWESOME. A big WOO-HOO for him too.

Dr. ....

The other night at dinner hubby and I were talking to the girls about school, college, marriage, jobs, and all those other things. We were saying that when they get married their husband and they would choose what was best for the family together, and if they wanted to work then it would be okay. Our oldest daughter says she would not mind being a teacher, and I was saying that she could do 4 years and be a teacher, or she could go BIG and try for her doctorate, and she would be Dr. McClanahan, and she says, "or if I am married I will be Dr. McIntyre. Hah, my husbands jaw about hit the floor. The McIntyres have been family friends since she was a baby, and their oldest boy and our oldest girl have been friends since they were babies. So Dr. McIntyre, what do you think?

Mothers Day!!

Happy mothers day to all my mama friends. I have a good story to share, you might get a little chuckle. As you all know I just had a baby 3 weeks ago. Well a couple of days ago I took my older monkeys outside to play, and their friends and them decided to play a game of tag. Well mama decide to play and within the first 5 minutes I wiped out. Fell on my hands and knees really hard. Jarred my back and hurt myself pretty good. Well, that just goes to show what a great and wonderful mama I am, hee, hee. Because after I got hurt, stupid me kept playing. And let me just say, I have reverted. I feel like it has only been maybe a week after I had the baby all over again. UGH!!!

Hi everyone. Can you believe I am actually awake and a little bouncy at 7:00 a.m., after just 4 straight hours of sleep. It is amazing how, after 2 weeks of crazy sleep, how 4 hours can make you feel. Today I am going to get out my tae-bo, and take it easy, and work out a little. Maybe I can get into a routine. I almost had it right before I got pregnant. I just had not been doing it long enough to continue throughout the pregnancy. But I think I could do it. My oldest daughter really enjoys doing it with me, that helps. Today baby Cassie is 3 weeks old. She is getting chunkier in her face, but her legs are still very skinny. It is pretty cute. Well, babies will be waking up soon, so I will wrap this up. I will post more pics. very soon.

Introducing Cassidhe Ann.

Well, we are home, and mama is starting to feel a little normal again. Yay for that. Cassidhe was born on Thursday and it was a pretty normal delivery for me. I was actually having good contractions and needed to breathe through a lot of them towards the end. Now if you do not know that is not normal for me, I normally don't have hard contractions at all. It is kind of a surprise when the baby is ready to make it's entrance into this world. Not this time. They started potosin (spelling?) at 8:00 a.m., 10 o'clock doc came and did the water, and at 2:00 p.m. baby was here, and I called it too. The doctor asked me when I thought she would be born and I went off my last delivery, which was about 6 hours, so I was right. Wish I would have put some money on that. She was an easy delivery for the most part, and the nurses and doctor were a little more prepared this time since last time they all saw how fast I delivered. So here she is, our little Cassie.
